Sweet chilli & coriander dips with garden crisps, Roast chicken with Continental Meat Platters
of rare roast beef, sliced mortadella & danish salami.

Selection of salads including fresh garden salad, marinated mushroom in
garlic and balsamic vinegar, home-style coleslaw,  marinade,
creamy german potatoe salad. Dinner roll with butter

BBQ Cruises…
Entrée upon boarding to include both water cracker and guacamole dips
as well as fresh garden crisps with sweet chilli and coriander dips

Gourmet herbed & chippolatta sausages barbequed on board our outdoor grill,
selection of salads, choose from fresh garden salad, marinated mushroom in garlic and balsamic vinegar,
home-style coleslaw,  creamy german potatoe salad. Dinner roll with butter.

Guacamole dips with water cracker, Platters of Sushi with Wasabi,
fresh ginger & soy sauce, Vietnamese rice paper Rolls finished with mint served on
platters with kaffir lime soy sauce,  Veggie Balls Risotto and lentil  served
with tantalising Tzatiki dipping  sauce, Chargrilled chicken skewers with a
Malaysian Satay dipping sauce, and Gourmet Cheese & Fruit Platters,
mixed cheeses with fresh seasonal fruits sliced and plattered with decoration to cleanse the palate.   

Partytime Grande Carvery Buffet…
Succulent  & tender carved roast beef and roast lamb or roast pork with a
selection of supplementary condiments, assortments of salads, choose from
fresh garden salad, marinated mushroom in garlic and balsamic vinegar,
home-style coleslaw, tomatoe salad in a basil marinade, creamy german
potatoe salad.Dessert choice of Mango cheesecake or rich Chocolate Mudcake. Tea & Coffee.

The addition of fresh King Prawns and Oysters direct from the Sydney Fish Markets is another option.

All menus above except the coffee cruises include exclusive
charter for the 4 hour cruise aboard the PARTY TIME CRUISES vessel the M.V. WALSH BAY.

A Selection of Individual Gourmet Cheesecakes, Cheese platters with Seasonal fruit is available as an option.
