Hinchinbrook - Renovation/Addition
The brief from this client was a first storey addition and also revamp the entire existing ground floor with attention made to the façade.
The decision to bag the bricks on the first floor was due to the existing face brick being discontinued. This particular residence has not only improved the streetscape but set an example in the aged suburb.
