When designing this home the architect was to create a home to fulfil the needs of two families with entertaining paramount. Icon Building Group took on this project and constructed this grand home which focused on open plan living encompassing out door entertaining.

The 140sq home with recycled iron bark posts supporting the verandah, welcomes one with a striking entry leading to large living areas, bar, games room and welcoming kitchen. Features include; 11ft ceilings, multiroom audio distribution to entertaining areas, theatre room with rear projection and surround sound, tasmanian oak select grade timber floors, fish tanks to living room, two sided gas log fireplace. On such a grand scale this home still captures the family spirit. All this leads out onto a paved area overlooking scenic rural views and inviting 13m x 5m swimming pool with royal blue quartzon finish.

Adjoining the outdoor entertaining area is the second residence with its own entry. Just as impressive as the main residence this home features a central kitchen and living area further enhancing the family unit.
