- Commercial fitouts incorporating detailed joinery, specific services, i.e: mechanical ventilation, grease arrestors, detention tanks, loading and unloading equipment such as dock levelers
- Power upgrades when required
- Cold storage facilities i.e.; coolrooms, freezers, ice machines, specialist racking equipment
Icon Building Group even has an independent safety officer employed to prepare safe work method statements, inductions, tool box meetings for contractors and risk assessments on every job to ensure a safe working environment.
Our Architect, working in direct consultation with Icon Building Group, can personally assess each client’s proposal and design to suit any budget.
Also we have our own Town Planner and Landscape Architect who works closely with our team to prepare any application for Council submission.
Once the approval is received, our private certifier can prepare your construction certificate. During this process, Icon Building Group can prepare a quotation based on the client’s preferred contract i.e.; project management, cost-plus or lump-sum contract. During the construction stage, Icon Building Group has a commitment to organization and attention to detail with the experienced tradesman that ensure the client of genuine quality workmanship.
