| Icon Building Group was given the task of building the new head office for Jennmar Australia with factory and office space required.
From the first turn of soil to completed project this building was constructed within time frame and budget.
The state of the art factory includes:
- Two 10 tonne overhead cranes
- Inground water tanks servicing office toilets and landxcape irrigation
- Air Compresor plumbing throughout warehouse
- 1000 Kva pad mount sub station
- Power factor correction unit
- Engineered 250mm thick concrete slab for heavy loading to warehouse
- Orcelain tiled floor finishes thoughout office
- Energy efficient glazing - Energy efficient lighting throughout factory and office |
