Childs Road, Chipping Norton

The redevelopment of this existing warehouse was to construct a manufacturing plants new head office in Sydney and assist with the installation of water tank manufacturing equipment. The schedule of works involved removing all internal walls and windows and refit 500sqm of office space. In the warehouse we had the tedious task of removing four existing overhead cranes and installing new power supply for the manufacturing equipment. Externally we created new parking for management, rendered the office walls and repainted the entire warehouse. To complete the works Icon Building Group fenced the front boundaries with powder coated steel and landscaped approximately 500sqm of garden.
