Alfred Road, Chipping Norton

Our brief for the proposed alterations and additions was to design and construct a transport office, warehouse and pavement to park their fleet of trucks in Sydney.

The construction period was approximately four months, which included the following;
Construct an awning for unloading and loading on the western boundary 80m long and 15m wide cladded with hebel panels.

At the rear of the property the team of concretors placed 800cubic metres of concrete to create a 4000sqm parking bay for trucks. We also excavated a ramp and four loading docks with dock levellers and one igloo (refrigerated) bay.

On the southern boundary we constructed a 60m long heavy vehicle weigh bridge which has LCD readings and video surveillance controlled from their refurbished 450sqm office space with driver sleeping accommodation.

In cold storage we constructed a cool room and freezer linked with dry storage and pallet racking.
